What happens when I upgrade to Pro?

Reminders switch on immediately for every certificate you have entered, the one-property limit is lifted, and OCR, unlimited photos, tenant-served records and proof-pack export unlock. Turn on cloud backup from Settings whenever you like.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Cancel anytime from your Apple or Google subscription settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your properties and certificates remain on your device afterwards; you simply drop back to the Free limits and reminders stop.

How much do I save on yearly?

Four months. £4.99 a month is £59.88 over a year; the yearly plan is £39.99 — £3.33 a month, billed once.

Is there a plan for letting agents or larger portfolios?

Pro already covers unlimited properties. A dedicated Agent tier with team access, bulk export and branded proof packs is planned; email support@certalert.uk if that sounds like you and we will keep you posted.

Do I pay VAT?

Prices shown include UK VAT. The App Store and Google Play handle billing and display the final price for your region before you confirm.
